Today's top twits, will Tweedle Dee and Tweddle Dum every agree on anything?.

    1. Fireworks and Firecrackers - New Year Won't Be Complete Without Them (new year firecrackers celebrations) Creative Writing Fun
Creative Writing: new year firecrackers celebrations: Fireworks and Firecrackers - New Year Won't Be Complete Without T (@creativefoto)

Tweedle Dee says: You tell your kids they are too dangerous to play with.... but do you set a good example? What would you write about a photo of fireworks for sale?

Tweedle Dum says: Oh honey, I forgot to buy the firecrackers on the way home. I got dinner though, will that be ok?

    1. Useful Sites for Beginners to Creative Writing
Useful Sites for Beginners to Creative Writing (@catch_fish)

Tweedle Dee says: Looks like a decent list of sites... but I wouldn't put babynames as #3!

Tweedle Dum says: I would rather have seen the categories on the left be more tailored to what I was interested in, which is writing. Why do I care about doctoral degrees in engineering?

    2. Adventures in Writing: Word Games Writers Play
      Games for the writer: (@anthony_HW)

Tweedle Dee says: Favorite word games... why play word games when you can WRITE?

Tweedle Dum says: I love word games! I believe these would be a good tool for writers. Sometimes just putting words in your mind will create ideas.

    3. Writing Down the Bones | Curious Book Fans
RT @CuriousBookFans: Great advice on creative writing: Writing Down the Bones (@frangliz)

Tweedle Dee says: A writing workshop in a book... now I think that is much better than a course because you can go at your own pace and keep reviewing. Unfortunately this is a book printed on paper (people still do that!?!?!). I only do ebooks. Sorry.

Tweedle Dum says: I would be interested in reading this book. The webpage makes it easy to want to see for yourself. I love the layout of this page personally.

    4. Other Art « Write Anything
New Post: Other Art: We’ve talked about the creative well in the past—the need for a writer to absorb the writing ... (@wawriters)

Tweedle Dee says: This articles starts off talking about "the need for a writer to absorb the writing of other authors to help recharge their own creative battery." I think they got it wrong.

It's just a matter of freeing your imagination! Once you get the nack of transferring your imagination into words on a paper (well, words in your word processor)... there is no limit!

Tweedle Dum says: Too much big graphic on this page. My mind was too confused to read the words!
