E.E Cummings was a literary genius, and as most people know, more appreciated for his work after death than before. But isn't that the way the world goes? Like his poem Anyone in Pretty How Town suggests, death is the great divider from reality to fiction, and after death, an individual can become anyone to those who are left behind. Their works are left behind to be interpreted and the interpretations can nevermore be contradicted for the original author. Thus each reader or critic, can make the author out to be whoever they want, and thus find themselves in the author's work. Link: The Pronouns Behind Pretty How Town (literature); Creat
